Dr. Jeff Stein is a professor in the Communication Research Institute at William Penn University, and the long-time executive director and legal counsel for the Iowa Broadcast News Association. He has over 30 years of experience in television, radio, and print media. The fourth edition of his guidebook for journalists who cover law and the courts was recently published by the Iowa State Bar Association.
