He has over 20 years experience in the areas of food and nutrition as a nutrition counselor and former restaurateur. He is a former National Media Spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association whose articles have appeared in such places as Environmental Nutrition, Men's Health, the New York Daily News, and elsewhere.
