Marc Fisher is a senior editor at the Washington Post, where he has been the enterprise editor, local columnist, and Berlin bureau chief, among other positions over thirty years at the paper. In addition to “Trump Revealed,” he is the author of “Something in the Air,” a history of radio examining how old media react when new technologies come along, and “After the Wall,” a firsthand account of the fall of the Berlin Wall and the reunification of Germany. Fisher wrote several of the Washington Post articles that won the Pulitzer Prize for National Reporting in 2016 and the Pulitzer Prize public service medal in 2014.

Dershowitz is a Brooklyn native who has been called ‘the nation’s most peripatetic civil liberties lawyer’ and one of its ‘most distinguished defenders of individual rights,’ ‘the best-known criminal lawyer in the world,’ ‘the top lawyer of last resort,’ and ‘America’s most public Jewish defender.’ He is the Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School. Dershowitz, a graduate of Brooklyn College and Yale Law School, joined the Harvard Law School faculty at age 25 after clerking for Judge David Bazelon and Justice Arthur Goldberg. While he is known for defending clients such as Anatoly Sharansky, Claus von B’low, O.J. Simpson, Michael Milken and Mike Tyson, he continues to represent numerous indigent defendants and takes half of his cases pro bono. Dershowitz is the author of the book, Guilt by Accusation: The Challenge of Proving Innocence in the Age of #MeToo, Skyhorse Publishing, 2019. THOMAS SPENCER, served as co-counsel in the Bush v. Gore Florida Recount 2000. He is an election lawyer and frequently lectures on election law and litigation.
Spencer was appointed by the County Manager in 2003 to the Select Committee to select the Elections Supervisor for Miami-Dade County. Mr. Spencer is rated “AV” (highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell) and practices commercial law. He is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Spencer was listed as one of the top lawyers in South Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide.
