JEFF STEIN is veteran Iowa broadcaster and historian. He is the news and program director for Bohannon affiliate News/Talk 1540 KXEL, a 50,000-watt clear channel station in Waterloo & Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he hosts a daily interview program. This is the 11th Iowa presidential precinct caucus that he has covered, dating back to his start in radio 40 years ago. He also produces and hosts two syndicated programs, “Iowa Almanac” and the “Iowa Business Report”. He is the author of six books, all on Iowa history. He taught at the college level for 25 years.
